The Art of Steeping

The Master Brewer’s Ritual

1 tsp (2g) per cup

Use one teaspoon of loose-leaf tea for every 200ml of water, giving the leaves room to unfold and release their flavour.

85–90°C water

Use freshly heated water at the ideal temperature to gently extract the tea’s natural aroma, flavour, and character.

2–3 minutes

Steep for 2–3 minutes, then strain and enjoy. Adjust the time to discover the flavour profile you prefer.

"We do not simply cultivate tea. We tend a mountain, and let it decide what it wishes to become."
