The Art of Steeping

The Master Brewer’s Ritual

1 Pyramid Bag per cup

Use 1 pyramid bag of tea for every 200ml of water, giving the leaves room to unfold and release their flavour.

85–90°C water

Use freshly heated water at the ideal temperature to gently extract the tea’s natural aroma, flavour, and character.

3-5 minutes

Steep for 3-5 minutes, then strain and enjoy. Adjust the time to discover the flavour profile you prefer.

"We do not simply cultivate tea. We tend a mountain, and let it decide what it wishes to become."
