Description

A celebration of India's timeless chai tradition, built on carefully selected Assam black tea, prized for its robust character and rich body. A generous blend of authentic Indian spices — cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, clove, star anise and cardamom — is blended directly with the tea and stays visibly present amongst the leaves. As the chai steeps, cinnamon brings mellow sweetness, ginger and black pepper add lively warmth, while cardamom, clove and star anise layer in distinctive Indian spice aroma. Enjoy it without milk for a bold expression, or add milk and sugar to taste for a traditional, comforting cup.

  • Base: Robust Assam black tea, selected for strength and body
  • Spices: Cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, clove, star anise, cardamom — visibly present, not just flavour extracts
  • Liquor: Deep, bright, richly coloured
  • Taste: Full-bodied Assam foundation, rounded cinnamon sweetness, warm ginger and pepper, aromatic depth from cardamom, clove and star anise
  • Finish: Warm, rounded, satisfying, lingering

The Art of Steeping

The Master Brewer’s Ritual

1 Pyramid Bag per cup

Use 1 pyramid bag of tea for every 200ml of water, giving the leaves room to unfold and release their flavour.

85–90°C water

Use freshly heated water at the ideal temperature to gently extract the tea’s natural aroma, flavour, and character.

3-5 minutes

Steep for 3-5 minutes, then strain and enjoy. Adjust the time to discover the flavour profile you prefer.

"We do not simply cultivate tea. We tend a mountain, and let it decide what it wishes to become."
