Description

A bold, full-bodied Premium Orthodox PEKOE black tea layered with roasted chicory for the deep, gently toasted character associated with tiramisu. Cinnamon brings warmth, liquorice contributes a naturally rounded sweetness, and a natural flavour completes the dessert character — without ever letting it overpower the premium tea foundation underneath.

  • Base: Bold Premium Orthodox PEKOE black tea, selected for body and depth
  • Character: Roasted chicory depth, cinnamon warmth, rounded sweetness
  • Finish: Rich, dessert-like
  • Collection note: Part of the After Collection — dessert-inspired teas built around a shared PEKOE base, with real tea always at the heart of the cup

The Art of Steeping

The Master Brewer’s Ritual

1 Pyramid Bag per cup

Use 1 pyramid bag of tea for every 200ml of water, giving the leaves room to unfold and release their flavour.

85–90°C water

Use freshly heated water at the ideal temperature to gently extract the tea’s natural aroma, flavour, and character.

3-5 minutes

Steep for 3-5 minutes, then strain and enjoy. Adjust the time to discover the flavour profile you prefer.

"We do not simply cultivate tea. We tend a mountain, and let it decide what it wishes to become."
